Unique Food & Fresh-Made Sodas
Now you can get high-end food in a casual, comfortable restaurant in the heart of SLC’s downtown revival.
“Its like a party in your mouth!”*
Our menu takes classic food and gives it a twist. The fry-bread tacos, salmon wrapped in a phyllo pocket, chicken salad without the mayonnaise and roasted alphabet soup will keep you coming back for more.

Fresh-made sodas
We hand craft our sodas from fresh fruits and spices and sweeten them with nothing but pure cane sugar.
Unique Food
Our menu items rotate regularly, check back daily for updates.
We have created a menu that is creative, sophisticated and familiar at the same time. We added gourmet and international twists to classic American and Utah dishes like steak sandwiches, fry bread (Navajo) tacos, alphabet soup, hot dogs, and fry sauce.

Historic Main Street
| Usually grand settings like 323 Main Street are reserved for expensive and exclusive restaurants but we want to create an establishment that is accessible and comfortable for local residents and families. We are renovating one of the oldest storefronts in downtown Salt Lake City. Our building on 323 S. Main Street was one of the first buildings in town to receive a permit for indoor plumbing.“We want to create an establishment that is accessible and comfortable for local residents and families”It has had many colorful tenants over the years including a chicken rotisserie restaurant early last century. The chicken wire cages we found in the basement show they kept live chickens down there once upon a time. The building fell into disrepair over the years, but we along with the landlords are working to bring it back to it’s former glory. The building will have special features like year-round covered outdoor seating with couches, front and back entrances that open up completely to transform the whole building into an open air gallery, large skylights, and sixteen foot ceilings. | ![]() ![]() |
